The Association utilizes an odd / even street parking system.
Vehicles need to be parked on the odd numbered side of the street (designated by property address) during the following months:
January, March, May, July, September, November. This shall occur between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00PM.
Vehicles need to be parked on the even numbered side of the street (designated by property address) during the following months:
February, April, June, August, October and December. This shall occur between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00PM.
The only exception to this rule is along the Via Porta wall and Sondrio Way; the vehicles should always be parked on the wall side. No parking is allowed at any time on Via Lampione.
There is NO overnight parking on the street between the hours of 1:00AM – 7:00AM except in the designated spots in front of the mailbox on Barletta Way. All overflow parking must be directed to the clubhouse parking area. There is no parking allowed in postal parking spots between the hours of 9:00AM – 6:00PM. (Except on Holidays)
All resident’s commercial vehicles (business decal or signage on vehicle) must be parked in their garage. They are not permitted in their driveway or at the clubhouse.
All vehicles must not block the sidewalks. (State Law)
All vehicles should be parked vertically in their driveway.
No parking on the grass or swales.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a violation warning, then possible penalties
afterwards. These could include:
Fines
Suspension of clubhouse privileges
Possibly towing
Please notify guests and service providers to follow these rules and place the guest pass provided by the guards on their car’s dashboard.
