Please be advised of the Castle Emergency Number for after-hours and weekend emergencies or urgent issues: (800) 337-5850.
If an emergency or urgent issue arises outside of normal business hours, please contact the Castle Emergency Number. Once your call is received, the Castle Dispatch Team will notify Jay and Roy. If neither is available, the dispatch team will continue escalating the call through the management chain of command, including the Regional Director, until a response is received. Please allow up to 30 minutes from the time you contact the emergency service for a response.
For non-emergency matters that can wait until normal business hours, please email Jay and Roy, and your concern will be addressed as soon as possible when the Management Office reopens.
We also kindly ask that you respect the personal time of your fellow Board members. Unless an issue is a true emergency, please refrain from contacting Board members directly after hours or on weekends so they may enjoy their time with family and friends.
For after-hours security concerns, such as solicitors, suspicious activity, or unwanted guests, please contact the Gatehouse at (561) 381-4908. The security officers will respond as appropriate, contact the nonemergency authorities if needed, and notify Jay and Roy when necessary.
